With a background in media and marketing, Ellie combines innovative campaign strategies with strong negotiation skills to help properties stand out in an increasingly competitive market. Prior to real estate, she worked within leading media agencies managing campaigns for national and international brands, giving her a strong understanding of buyer behaviour, digital marketing and brand positioning.

Since transitioning into real estate, Ellie has built a reputation for her honest communication, strong work ethic and hands on approach throughout every stage of the sales process. Specialising in residential sales throughout Bathurst and surrounding areas, she is passionate about delivering tailored strategies that maximise exposure while keeping the experience straightforward and stress free for her clients.

With more than 20 years of experience across banking, financial services and business leadership, Bernard brings extensive operational and management expertise to the agency. Throughout his career, he has held senior management and director roles, leading businesses focused on long term client relationships, strategic growth and high professional standards.

Known for his approachable nature and solutions focused mindset, Bernard plays a key role in supporting the BX Realty team and ensuring clients receive a seamless experience throughout the sales process. His leadership is centred around integrity, transparency and building a business grounded in genuine relationships within the Bathurst community.

David Chapman is a Referring Partner, bringing with him extensive experience within the Bathurst real estate industry and a long standing network of local relationships.

Having worked across residential sales throughout Bathurst and the Central West, David has built a reputation for his approachable nature, local knowledge and commitment to helping clients navigate the property market with confidence. Over the years, he has successfully assisted a broad range of buyers and sellers, with a focus on honest communication and personalised service.

In his role as Referring Partner, David continues to work closely with past clients, contacts and the wider community, drawing on the experience and relationships built throughout his time as Founder and Principal of Agent Chapman Real Estate to support clients and the ongoing growth of BX Realty.
